These are our first eggs. They were kind of dirty because the chickens laid them on the floor and then got pooh on them.

Look! Snow! The wind blew it all away that night but it snowed some more again. 
This was the first egg laid in the box and so far we found all of them in the box.
What are the chickens doing?
They're taking a dust bath. It's suppose to help keep the parasites down.

This is Sockeye. He was more interested in his food then posing for the camera. 
Okay people (Humphrey family and Aaron) our chickens need names so help us name our chickens. 
I already named this one. She is a little smaller then the others and she's also the prettiest one. Her name is Rosie after Rosie's Walk. 
Chicken #1 This hen is the only black hen we have. She's also kind of a bully and likes to peck the other hens so she can have all the food. I guess her kind of chicken is suppose to make a good mom because they're really protective. 
Chicken #2 The chivalrous rooster. He's a very good rooster and always is watching out for his hens and he lets them have first pickings on the food. 
Chicken #3 This hen is just one of the red hens. 
Chicken #4 This hen is the other red hen. 
Roosting chickens. I guess the one hen just wanted everybody to see her beautiful big rear.

Oh, cushy bed. I found Wile e sleeping on the wood chips. I guess he liked it there. 
Here's the baby cradle. Jason's mom sent me this stuff. It was from when Jason and his brother were babies.

Here are the blankets I crocheted for the baby. One for if it's a girl and
one for if it's a boy. 
I got these receiving blankets at Target. They will work for both a boy or a girl. I like the one with trees on it. (Mom, the brown one has some pink polka dots on it. Just so you know.) 
These are the baby towels and washcloths that we got when we were in Anchorage. I thought they were cute.

This was inside the little cabin that we stayed in.
It was very beautiful there and the weather was really nice until the last day when it snow about a foot or so and we couldn't get the car out. 
There was a lot of snow and it made everything very bright when the sun was shining. 
Look, we got chickens. Aren't they beautiful.
They could see Wile e outside the door and they were very concerned about it.

Look what Jason got for me while we were in Anchorage. He wanted it to be a surprise but he couldn't figure out how to do it and he wanted me to have one that I liked so we picked it out together. 
It's very comfortable. So nice.

We had these moose on our yard. It was a mama moose and her young bull moose.

I found these chaps in our bath tub. We find at least one or two of these in a bathroom a week. They are to gross and are three to four inches across. 
I gave them a nice shower. (Rebekah aren't you glad you don't have to deal with these things.)

We found this slug on the side of the house after we moved the woodpile. He was a big one.

We were cutting wood and working on the trail in the back yard on Saturday. We saw these Sandhill Cranes fly over. There was at least two hundred that we saw fly over. It was a really nice day. 
Jason got me roses.
They are very pretty and it made me very happy.
Krista I tried to get a tummy picture but this was the best I could do. The other pictures weren't turning out right. Lisa, my sister in law, got me this shirt and I really like it.
Wile e wanted to be in the pictures.
This is the hoodie that I got from Old Navy. It's very comfortable. There's Wile e again. 
We took these picture just a little while ago. I didn't have any pictures of us for this post so I thought I should get some.

Ariana got baptized on Wednesday. She wanted to get baptized in the river. Jason was there to help Bro. Ron because of his bad back. 
Ariana gave her testimony in services before the baptism. It was really good. Very God honoring.
